Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
You may cancel a service request up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Any cancellation within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or non-refundable advance.
Refunds:
- If a pre-paid service is canceled within the allowed window, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- No refunds for partially used services or no-shows.
- All refund requests must be emailed to support@whifilfacilitymanagement.com with booking details.
